Mir Quasem Ali shifted to Dhaka central jail

The Kashimpur central jail authorities on Friday sent detained Jamaat-e-Islami leader Mir Quasem Ali to Dhaka Central jail ahead of the judgement in the war crimes case against him.
The war crimes accused was sent to Dhaka from Kashimpur at around 12:30pm on Friday, Jahangir Kabir, senior jail superintendent of Kashimpur Central jail Part-2, told New Age.
He said that they, receiving a production order from the International Crimes Tribunal-2, sent Quasem to Dhaka Central Jail for his easy transportation to and from the tribunal.
On Thursday the ICT-2 declared that it would deliver the judgement in the war crimes case of Quasem on Sunday.
